Local Box Truck Driver (Under 26,000 GVWR) Location: Local routes Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends Optional) Pay: Guaranteed Daily Pay Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a reliable and experienced Local Box Truck Driver to join our team. This position operates a box truck under 26,000 GVWR on local routes, with the opportunity for optional OTR work at increased pay. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable with physical work. Responsibilities Operate a box truck safely and efficiently on local routes Load and unload freight using a pallet jack and lift gate Push, pull, and maneuver heavy items as required Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations Use ELD systems (experience with Samsara is a plus) Ensure timely and professional delivery to customers Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Medical DOT card required 3+ years of experience driving a box truck or larger vehicle Experience with pallet jacks and lift gates Ability to push and pull heavy freight Knowledge of pre-trip inspections and DOT compliance Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, including marijuana Dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented Benefits & Perks Guaranteed daily pay PTO after the first year Monday–Friday schedule Weekend work optional Optional OTR opportunities with increased pay Steady, consistent work Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $750.00 per week Benefits: Paid time off License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
