Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Construction Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of landscaping projects and swimming pool construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This job will be primarily in-office with occasional site visits. Shift Time: 6:30AM – 3:30PM Key Responsibilities Write estimates Assist the Construction Manager with project planning and execution Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site workers Monitor project schedules and progress Help ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation Track materials, equipment, and inventory needs Support budgeting, reporting, and cost control efforts Communicate project updates with clients, architects, and team members Resolve on-site issues in a timely and professional manner Create final P&L breakdowns of each project, detailing revenue and expenses Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or related field preferred 1–3 years of construction or project management experience Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed Preferred Skills Experience with scheduling software OSHA certification is a plus Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Career advancement opportunities Prestige Pools and Spas is an equal opportunity employer.
