Union City, GA, USA Req #4779 Tuesday, July 8, 2025Job SummaryFull Time Field Service Technician – Atlanta & South Atlanta, GeorgiaRobotics and Digital Solutions (RDS) Division of The Hillman Group has an opening for a Full Time Field Service Technician in the Atlanta & South Atlanta, Georgia area.You would begin your career with RDS as a Kiosk Technician training on key duplicating (Minute Key), tag engraving (Quick Tag) kiosks as well as 3rd party service (Eco-ATM, Pokémon).The territory consists of 100 kiosks and number of hours per week is around 40. This is an hourly plus commission route with an estimated pay of 45-55k per year. Company Car will be provided along with cell-phone reimbursement and a corporate gas card for business miles. Cities include Union City, Riverdale, Atlanta, Smyrna, Forest Park, and East Point among others.Benefits: World Class Benefit plans include Health, Dental, Life-, Short- and Long-term disability insurance as well as a 401k plan!Wellness ProgramEmployee Stock Purchase PlanVacation/Paid Time Off/Sick Days/Floating HolidaysEssential Job Functions*Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed (determined by demand at the machine, or schedule).Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to the machine when the machine goes out of order.New kiosk Installations or swap newer kiosks of machines in the local area.Monitor machines in territory daily for issues and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issues.Keep track of inventory for re-stocking machines that are in Kiosk Tech's possession.Grow revenue in territory by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, store relationships, etc.*This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Clean driving record is mandatory. Major driving violations will eliminate potential candidates.Must have reliable transportation with automobile insurance (mileage reimbursement)Must have a reliable cell phone (reimbursed)Work Environment and Physical DemandsWork EnvironmentSales/Service: Environment varies due to location/store set-up. May be exposed to cramped quarters, dust, fumes, or odors. Travel required daily. May have to drive 200 miles daily. Hand/eye coordination required.
