Our Site Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the MRO Material storeroom(s), actively managing MRO logistics from monitoring inventory levels, purchasing, and receiving material, through parts storage and distribution. Develop and maintain customer and supplier relationships and keep an open line of communication between Martin, Customers, and suppliers. Focuses on maintaining a high level of service, while conducting all aspects of MRO Purchasing cost-effectively to ensure the Martin motto of “Helping Companies Operate Better” comes to fruition.What You'll DoIdentifies innovative business expansion through new services or identification of Cost Savings opportunities.Manages Budget to include P&L Responsibility.Determines proper inventory levelsAnalyze spend and reduce unit costsResolve daily issuesInspection and audits of all assigned Site OperationsMaintain an organized and safe storeroomAbility to multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced environmentUtilize excellent customer service skillsProfessionally develop and present KPI’s (Key process indicators) monthlyCommunicates to Martin Corporate: Accounting, Purchasing, I/T, H/R, and QualityResponsible for embracing corporate culturePublic Relations for the Customer, Vendors, and Team MembersSupports company programs and initiativesAdheres to company policies and proceduresSupports company practicesProvides timely weekly updates on activities, projects, and plans.Prepares data for proposals on new or expansion of existing businessReviews and Reports on Monthly Financial StatementsPerform particular tasks to satisfy the customer.Management of MIS On-Site Team Members.RequirementsWhat You'll Need:Minimum 5 Years of Experience preferredBachelor's Degree in Business or Equivalent ExperienceExperience in: Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with Distribution, Management, Customer Service, Inventory ManagementWhat Makes Martin DifferentAs a family-owned business, we prioritize our employees’ well-being and understand the importance of work-life balance.
