Role Title Required Skills .NET and C#: ASP.NET Core; Production troubleshooting: Root-cause analysis, incident response, log analysis, debugging
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting production .NET applications Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain .NET applications and services in production. Investigate incidents, troubleshoot defects, and identify root causes.
Create and update technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate status.
