Engagement Program Manager

Assists in tracking milestones, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across program teams.Gains foundational experience in program management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices while contributing to the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives.Support the coordination and execution of cross-functional programs that contribute to business operations and strategic initiativesAssist in developing program schedules, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation under the guidance of senior team membersCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goalsUse established tools and templates to support program reporting and status updatesMonitor and escalate program risks, issues, and dependencies as neededCoordinate with internal teams to support program logistics and communicationMaintain program documentation, meeting notes, and action item trackersContribute to data collection and analysis to support business case development and decision-makingEnsure adherence to compliance and governance processes as directedParticipate in team meetings, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activitiesLearn and apply program management methodologies, tools, and best practicesSeek feedback and mentorship to build foundational program management skillsSupport cross-functional coordination and contribute to team-level planning efforts
