Lead Furniture Installer

Location: Ashland, VAReports to: Warehouse ManagerScopeThis position is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely installation of systems furniture and casegoods for projects in accordance with project specifications.ResponsibilitiesPerform and manage installations of all sizes and types.Resolve customer issues related to installation while exhibiting a polite, helpful, positive attitude and a professional image with the public, customers, and team members.Serve as a role model for the installation team.Inspect all products before being loaded, ensure all product is accounted for, and all the necessary equipment is on hand.Perform a walk-through with clients.Verify all hours are noted on the delivery ticket for any service/installation work performed.Requirements1-2 years in a lead supervisory role.Strong systems installation experience preferred.High school diploma or GED required.A valid Virginia driver’s license with an excellent driving record.Casegoods / systems furniture installation experience required; Steelcase installation experience preferred.Physical ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs. and work in varied site conditions.Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.Creative is an EEO/AA/VEVRAA EmployerApplication FormWe would love to hear from you!
