Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of hyperscale work, they are looking to appoint a senior project leader to oversee multiple projects and drive performance across their portfolio. This is a high impact role with full responsibility for project delivery, team leadership, and financial performance within mission critical environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple data center projects ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsDrive profitability through effective execution, cost control, and forecastingDevelop and manage project schedules, technical deliverables, and resource planningBuild, mentor, and lead high performing teams across multiple sitesOversee contractual requirements, change orders, and client expectationsMaintain strong relationships with owners, clients, and key stakeholdersManage subcontractors and ensure alignment with project objectivesLead financial reporting, forecasting, and project reviews across all projectsCommunicate risks, challenges, and progress clearly to senior leadership and clientsPromote and enforce a strong safety culture across all sitesOversee design build coordination with engineering teams to ensure efficient deliveryRequirements7 to 10+ years of project management experience within electrical constructionProven experience delivering data center or other mission critical projectsStrong understanding of electrical systems including power distribution, critical systems, and infrastructureExperience managing multiple projects or large scale programs simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of scheduling, estimating, contracts, and change ordersTrack record of delivering profitable projects and managing project P&LAbility to build client relationships and support business development effortsStrong leadership, communication, and problem solving skillsField experience working alongside construction teamsDegree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferredJourneyman or Master Electrician license is a plusDesign build experience is advantageous
