Physician Assistant | General Practice Location: Jacksonville, FL Employer: The Inline Group Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pediatrica Health Group, LLC. - Full Time to Friday, No Weekends: 40 hours per week Employed Average Patients seen: 20-24 Call Schedule: Call is shared regionally and very limited. Outpatient only. INTEGRAL PROVIDER SUPPORT: Providers offer a value-based healthcare model, minimizing high patient volumes, so they focus on their primary objective: providing top-tier pediatric care. -Each site has a team-based model with MDs, NPs/PAs, RNs, and MAs supporting each provider. -EMR: eCW( E-clinical works) YOUR VOICE MATTERS: As a newly-founded health group, physicians are coming in to help shape and offer consultation, with lots of opportunity for growth. LIMITED CALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Work-life balance is pivotal. Call is first triaged by pediatric RNs, then, shared regionally amongst providers. Call may occur 4-6 weeks throughout the year, and is phone call only. Accepting PA providers with 1 year minimum of pediatric experience (outpatient, primary care preferred).
