The Media Teacher supports students and staff in the use of digital media. The Media Teacher develops appropriate programs for students utilizing resources; and instructs students and others on the proper use of the computer and technology resources.Under the direction of the media teacher, the media course provides the learning community with the necessary tools to become lifelong learners and contributors to society by promoting and supporting information literacy. Students will be able to effectively seek information, deepen their love for print and digital resources, and foster technology skills. The library media center curriculum facilitates student self discovery and self direction using and understanding different types of information resources.
