Gas Lift Product Engineering ManagerPosition SummaryEndurance Lift Solutions is seeking an experienced Gas Lift Product Engineering Manager to lead the engineering development and manufacturing scale-up of a growing gas lift product line. This role will serve as a critical technical leadership position responsible for product design, manufacturing engineering, reliability improvement, quality standardization, and long-term product strategy across gas lift valves, mandrels, flow-control equipment, and related artificial lift technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with real-world manufacturing and field experience - someone capable of improving both product reliability and manufacturing scalability while helping establish a premium, US-manufactured gas lift platform.
