Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

You will work in a team-oriented environment that accelerates operational efficiency.Responsibilities and DutiesAs a senior level mechanical engineer, this position is responsible for the following:Performing initial and ongoing design reviewsDelivering documentation offering a critical analysis and suggestions for process improvementSubmitting a scope of work for each project that includes budgetary numbers and the goal of each projectDeveloping SolidWorks 3D CAD project drawings and detailsTroubleshooting design and assembly issues on site at customer locationQualificationsThe qualifications for this position include:4-year degree in Engineering (mechanical specialization preferred), or at least 10 years of mechanical engineering work experience.Very strong knowledge of SolidWorks 3D CAD software and engineering procedures regarding project detailing.Excellent prioritization and project development skills.Ability to listen effectively and follow specific directions.Excellent analytical communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of general industrial safety guidelines.Must be team oriented.Must be willing to travel as required.
