You will handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation while helping improve access to critical healthcare services. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured environments, enjoy helping others, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.Your role in our missionHandle high-volume inbound calls from members, providers, and stakeholdersResolve inquiries related to healthcare services, eligibility, and claims, escalating complex cases as neededAccurately document interactions in systems while maintaining quality and compliance standardsMeet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and attendanceCollaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes and enhance the customer experienceWhat we're looking for2+ years of call center or customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environmentExperience supporting Medicaid, healthcare, or claims-related inquiriesStrong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and empathyAbility to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and document while on live callsBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systemsWhat you should expect in this role100% work from home (remote) position (must reside in Idaho)Scheduled 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM MST, Monday–FridayHigh-volume call environment requiring extended periods on the phoneFull-time (40 hours/week) with structured training and onboardingVideo camera required during interviews and initial trainingThe pay range for this position is$28,500.00-$40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
