Space Intelligence Instructor

Position Overview: Integrity ISR is seeking an experienced Space Intelligence Instructor / All-Source Intelligence professional to support Undergraduate Intelligence Training for U.S. Space Force enlisted Intelligence Guardians at Vandenberg Space Force Base. This position is ideal for an experienced Space Intelligence Analyst, All-Source Intelligence Analyst, Intelligence Operations professional, or military intelligence instructor who wants to apply operational experience to developing the next generation of Space Force intelligence professionals. The instructor will deliver Initial Skills Training focused on space intelligence, all-source intelligence analysis, intelligence tradecraft, orbital mechanics, electromagnetic spectrum operations, space systems, threat analysis, and adversary/counterspace capabilities.

What You'll Do: Deliver classroom instruction and facilitate student projects in Space Intelligence and All-Source Intelligence analysis. Teach intelligence fundamentals, analytical tradecraft, orbital mechanics, electromagnetic spectrum fundamentals, and U.S./adversary space capabilities. Provide instruction related to space threats, counterspace operations, intelligence fusion, threat analysis, and intelligence reporting. Mentor and coach students throughout Initial Skills Training. Evaluate student knowledge and mastery of required learning objectives. Track student performance and prepare course completion and performance reports. Develop, revise, and maintain curriculum, lesson plans, courseware, and instructional materials. Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to keep course content current and mission relevant. Research and develop intelligence-related written materials and professional presentations. Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance Bachelors Degree from accredited university 10+ years of recent Intelligence Operations experience 1 or more years Space Intelligence experience

Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of military or civilian teaching/instructor experience Familiarity with the ADDIE instructional design process Experience with space intelligence fundamentals, threat analysis, adversary space capabilities, and counterspace operations 3+ years of curriculum development, lesson development, courseware development, or instructional design experience Experience with All-Source Intelligence, intelligence fusion, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, targeting, analytical writing, or intelligence briefing Previous experience supporting the U.S. Space Force, U.S. Air Force, Intelligence Community, or DoD training environment This is an on-site position at Vandenberg SFB.
