Construction Superintendent

Stilson Builders is a Commercial / Residential General Contractor in Bend, Oregon seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for commercial, residential and tenant improvement work. We are looking for hard working and self motivated individuals with strong leadership and computer skills. The position includes benefits, competitive salary, and paid time off. If you believe you have the skills for this job, please contact Stilson Builders for more information._* Necessary are: * Excellent communication skills between the owner, architect, engineers, subcontractors and Stilson Builders' team * "CAN DO" attitude and ownership of success and shortcomings within the jobs * Creative problem solving skills while keeping close attention to detail * Team player attitude keeping in mind the integrity of the company and the satisfaction of the client at all times * Integrity on and off the job Construction Superintendent Skills: * 3 years of experience in a construction superintendent position * Ability to interpret blueprints and specs * Strong computer skills * Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures * Extensive experiencing managing schedules, people, and budgets * Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project), Bluebeam, Procore (Preferred) Construction Superintendent Responsibilities: * Coordinates all work carried out by laborers, tradespeople, and vendors * Works closely with architects, engineers, clients, and other professionals * Creates and coordinates work schedules * Provides look ahead schedules and daily reports * Works with the schedule, budget, and client satisfaction in mind * Has a vast knowledge of safety procedures and how to implement job site safety * Has a keen eye for quality workmanship * Able to hold laborers and tradespeople to the highest standards Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
