Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as an Installation Technician based in Wilmington, DE. The Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and upgrading security camera systems and related security equipment. Key tasks include structured cabling, system troubleshooting, testing, and providing customer-focused support. As a representative of Delaware Camera Systems, the Installation Technician will ensure quality service, address customer concerns, and contribute to the successful operation of security systems. Qualifications Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving to diagnose and repair equipment issuesStrong communication and customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and clientsExperience in cabling installation and maintenance of security systemsAbility to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide timely resolutionsKnowledge of advanced security technologies and systems is a plusHigh level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamFamiliarity with safety procedures and protocols for installation and maintenance activitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plusValid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site work
