Crawford, VA facility.Position SummaryPower Monitors, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products in accordance with detailed work instructions and quality standards.The ideal candidate brings strong manual dexterity, experience in electronics assembly, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret work orders, assembly instructions, schematics, and verbal directionsPlace and align electronic components (resistors, sockets, connectors, etc.) on printed circuit boards (PCBs)Crimp, screw, bolt, rivet, solder, and secure components using hand and power toolsRoute and solder wires and harnesses to circuit boards and other componentsPerform wire stripping, tinning, bonding, drilling, curing, and cleaning tasksOperate assembly equipment and related machinery safely and efficientlyInstall completed assemblies into enclosures and attach required hardwareConduct quality inspections using magnification tools, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipmentIdentify and report defects, discrepancies, or process issues to a supervisorMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspaceQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of two (2) years of electronics assembly or related experienceStrong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to follow detailed instructions and maintain high accuracy standardsPreferred:Experience reading basic schematics or technical drawingsFamiliarity with IPC standardsWhy Join Power Monitors, Inc.?Power Monitors, Inc. is a recognized leader in the power quality industry.
