You'll work hands-on with both senior leadership and the shopfloor to identify opportunities, lead improvement projects, coach teams, and deliver measurable results in safety, quality, efficiency, and cost savings.If you love turning data into action, influencing without authority, and making a real impact in a manufacturing environment, this could be your next great opportunity.About the RoleAs our Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will lead and execute strategic Operational Excellence initiatives throughout the Andersonville site.
