The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Java fundamentals and be capable of developing efficient, scalable, and high-performance applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain applications using Core Java.Work extensively with Java Collections Framework, including List, Set, Map, HashMap, ConcurrentHashMap, and related data structures.Develop multithreaded and concurrent applications using Threads, Executors, synchronization, locks, and concurrency utilities.Apply strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms to build efficient solutions.Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and performance-optimized Java code.Design and optimize SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, and database operations.Troubleshoot application issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and production support activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Core Java.Excellent knowledge of Multithreading and Concurrency.Strong understanding of Java Collections, especially HashMap, HashSet, ArrayList, LinkedList, ConcurrentHashMap, etc.Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.Excellent understanding of OOP concepts, Exception Handling, and Java Memory Management.Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, indexing, and query optimization.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience developing production-quality, scalable Java applications.Preferred SkillsExperience with Spring/Spring Boot and REST APIs.Knowledge of microservices architecture.Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices
