Its debt finance team advises borrowers on leveraged acquisition financings, senior and subordinated loans, first and second lien structures, bridge and mezzanine facilities, asset based financings, recapitalizations and ongoing strategic debt matters.Associates here benefit from an integrated platform that connects debt finance, private equity and M&A practices, allowing for streamlined execution and high impact involvement across transactions.
