Returns Department Lead - ARC

Department Operations Oversee the daily workflow of all returned equipment and incoming orders Ensure timely and accurate check-in of camera, lens, lighting, grip, and accessory equipment Prioritize equipment processing based on upcoming prep schedules and operational demands Maintain organization and cleanliness of the returns area Complete other various tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager Equipment Inspection & Inventory Verify returned gear against rental orders and manifests Identify missing, damaged, or non-functional equipment Document equipment condition issues, shortages, and discrepancies Coordinate damaged equipment routing to QC, repair vendors, or internal service teams Ensure inventory status is updated accurately within the rental software system Team Leadership Supervise and support Returns Technicians and department staff Assist with training on proper check-in procedures, equipment handling, and documentation standards Monitor productivity, workflow efficiency,...
