Commercial Construction Superintendent

Skyline Development is seeking a Construction Superintendent to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial projects. Projects include industrial, commercial, healthcare, and multifamily projects. Candidate must have the ability to read plans, manage schedules, and professionally communicate with customers, architects, engineers, in-house labor force, and subcontractors. Qualifications & Skills · 2+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience (Required) · EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW-UP · Strong organizational skills · Detail-oriented · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Ability to manage multiple projects at once · Microsoft Project & Microsoft Office experience (Required) · Driver's license (Required) · Knowledge of City of Houston and Harris County permitting and inspections · Dialysis room experience is a plus · Ability to obtain OSHA 10 Responsibilities & Duties · Develop a project schedule · Collaborate with other team members including in-house labor, estimator, project manager · Assist in procurement of materials · Coordinate and schedules of all parties including subcontractors, labor, suppliers, and vendors · Inspect job site daily for quality, safety, and installations per plans and specifications · Daily and weekly field reports · Collaborate with design team and project management team $55,000 - $90,000 Year full time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
