Stock Manager

Stock Supervisor: Will support the Store Manager in all aspects of the daily execution of customer service from the backroom perspective and development of personnel while staying true to the JD Finish Line Brand. Responsible for all stock standards and training the stock associates team. Business Acumen: Knowledge of the footwear aspect of the business and sales performance (gender, brand, top styles). Understanding splits and participation numbers. Understanding stock variances. Store Operations: Stockroom Management: Ensure backroom organization is being upheld (footwear is ran accordingly) & Stockroom Location is being used for runner/WGI efficiency Uphold Loss Prevention expectations, Safety Procedures, & Stock Sales Procedures Online Ordering like WGI-We Got It’s & BOPIS- Buy Online Pick Up In Store’s Inventory management: Receiving/Transfer of product through various avenues Visual Excellence: Wallpaper Bays 100%, according to most current stockroom organizational standards All footwear standards being upheld on a daily basis: drags maintained & wallflow extras ran into location People: Train and develop stock associate team on stock expectations, backroom operations, service, and footwear standards of backroom and salesfloor to make seamless transition Recruiting/Interviewing/Training Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
