Energy Technology Sector Your Impact We are in search of a seasoned Electrical Technical Program Manager (TPM) to spearhead the creation and release of cutting-edge energy solutions. You will be responsible for guiding cross-disciplinary engineering initiatives from initial ideation to final manufacturing, collaborating closely with electrical, firmware, mechanical, software, quality, and production departments to guarantee high-quality product delivery. This position is perfectly suited for a technical leadership expert who excels in high-velocity hardware environments and possesses a proven track record of transitioning intricate products into full-scale production. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full engineering lifecycle, from initial design and prototyping to validation and final market launch. Create and oversee comprehensive project timelines, key milestones, and essential deliverables across the entire product development cycle. Facilitate seamless collaboration between mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, manufacturing, and quality engineering groups. Ensure program milestones are met by proactively identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Manage the progression of product features, component availability, and overall development roadmaps. Contribute to initiatives that enhance product quality and drive down manufacturing costs. Lead technical design sessions, program status meetings, and cross-departmental engineering discussions. Monitor and ensure the timely completion of all Jira-based tasks and technical engineering requirements. Report on project health, key performance indicators, risks, and scheduling to executive leadership. Synchronize detailed engineering timelines with broader organizational goals and program targets. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management within engineering-focused environments. Demonstrated success in guiding the development of sophisticated hardware or electromechanical systems. Proven history of supporting product lifecycles from the conceptual phase through to manufacturing and launch. Deep knowledge of engineering development workflows and the nuances of cross-functional product creation. Expertise in tracking project schedules, managing critical milestones, and resolving interdependencies. Direct experience collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure project success. Advanced proficiency in Agile frameworks, Jira, and standard project management software. Skilled in utilizing Gantt-based planning tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet. Preferred Qualifications Background in sectors such as battery storage, automotive, aerospace, robotics, industrial automation, or advanced manufacturing. Solid grasp of electronic hardware, electrical systems, embedded platforms, or PCBA development. Practical experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles and scaling production efforts. Familiarity with configuration control, engineering change management, and standard product release protocols. Experience overseeing programs that require the integration of complex software and firmware components.
