Role Description United Petroleum Transports is seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist to join our team at our Oklahoma City, OK headquarters. This on-site role involves the accurate and timely administration of payroll processes, including payroll taxes, garnishments, and related services. The Payroll Specialist will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines while providing excellent service to both employees and stakeholders. Regular communication with internal teams to address payroll-related matters will also be a key component of this role. Qualifications Experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll ProcessingUnderstanding of Payroll Taxes and Garnishment processingProficiency in Payroll Services, including compliance with regulatory requirementsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data managementStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OKProficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office SuiteAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredExperience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
