The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within new and existing clients, and increasing revenue through strategic client partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, will have a background in solution-based selling and a consultative approach to client engagement. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive market landscape. Areas of Responsibilities: As a senior member within the Business Development team, you will spearhead strategic growth by forging and sustaining high‑impact client relationships, strengthening engagement across existing accounts, securing new logos, and expanding portfolios across diverse business groups.High focus on customer mapping, business value articulation, and deal support. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning to achieve team goals. Deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure ITCI is embedded in their strategic plans and RFP processes. Drive account mining by identifying growth areas, engaging new stakeholders, and securing new deals. Active involvement in proposal and SoW creation, ensuring collaboration across pre-sales, SMEs, delivery, service lines, procurement, and legal. Ensure teams conduct quantitative analysis to recommend win-pricing, including service line splits and competitive benchmarking, market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities. Analyze client goals, pain points, and transformation agendas to create tailored customer maps. Identify opportunities for differentiated value delivery and influence client decision-making. Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and strategic discussions. Participate in executive reviews, manage CSAT processes, and build strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and reduce revenue leakage. Oversee revenue recognition and account operations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and smooth service delivery. What You Will DoDrive strategic growth within the Retail industry by expanding portfolios across existing accounts and acquiring new clients.Build, nurture, and influence executive‑level relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to customer leaders and key stakeholders.Execute disciplined growth strategies and consistently deliver measurable business results.Foster a highly collaborative, positive, and team‑oriented culture, championing shared success and continuous improvement.Required Qualifications & Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in IT professional services sales, demonstrating consistent growth and achievement.5+ years of recent experience selling Digital Solutions, Cloud offerings, GenAI solutions, and large‑scale transformation projects and services to prospective clients.Proven experience within an IT organization managing and expanding a client portfolio, with a strong track record of account growth.Domain expertise in the Retail industry, with an understanding of industry trends, challenges, and buying behaviours.Strong internal stakeholder management skills, including experience operating in a global onsite–offshore delivery model.Willingness to travel as needed to support client opportunities, relationship development, and business expansion.Highly driven and self‑motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external teams to solve complex business challenges.Experience supporting deal structuring and pricing, including performing business value analysis and negotiating pricing for proactive bids and proposals.Who You Are:A passionate sales professional in the IT services industry, with deep understanding of technology‑led transformation and client value creation.A proven performer with multiple years of success selling Digital Solutions, Cloud offerings, GenAI solutions, and large‑scale transformation programs to new clients, along with a strong track record in managing and expanding strategic accounts.Experienced in the Retail industry, with insights into sector‑specific needs, trends, and decision‑making processes.Skilled in internal stakeholder management, and highly effective operating within a global onsite–offshore delivery model.A go‑getter with 10+ years of experience as an individual sales contributor, consistently driving results and exceeding targets.Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑driven environment, bringing resilience, agility, and a passion for winning.Education Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration, Sales Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
