Customer Service Representative
## Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is also responsible for scheduling customer appointments and must communicate effectively with technicians.
## Duties
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to customers for scheduling, part inquiries and all customer questions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians
- Perform data entry to the scheduling system
- Demonstrate excellent phone and email etiquette
- Provide top-notch customer service at all times
## Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Problem Solver and works well alone and with a team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
