ADMINISTRATIVE FRONT DESK DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWINGAnswer telephones - multiple phone linesGreeting patients with a smileEfficient with navigating the EMR systemRegister PatientsHandle correspondenceSchedule appointmentsPrior AuthorizationsPrepares ChartsProcess PaymentsBACK OFFICE DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWINGDrawing BloodPerforming EKG’sPreparing the exam room for the patientAdministering medications as directed by the providerCollecting and preparing laboratory specimensTriaging patients - taking patients vital and obtaining medical historyEager to learn new skillsAll staff cleans the clinic after each shiftEXPERIENCE 0-2 YEARSWORK HOUR AND SHIFTS12 hour shifts, 8AM - 8PM. 4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the following, rotating weekends.
