Delivery Driver/Delivery Associate

Successful delivery employees enjoy being out on the road, put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the CompanyMilitary veterans are welcome!Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatoryAs we grow, supervisory roles will be availableBenefits & Scheduling:$23.75/hour (paid weekly)10-hour shifts are typical4 -day workweek 40 OR Less than 40 hours is typicalSchedule for FT Team Members is a rotation where team members should not work more than 3 consecutive days, allowing for more personal time; every other weekend should be offExpect daytime shift with future potential to work 2 shift if desiredA minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30 minute meal breakOpportunity for performance incentives and bonusesMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance (Note: Employees who work on average less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance)Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment What does a Delivery Associate do?o Drives a delivery van to drop off packages to customers within their community.o Typical working days are 10 hourso Follows strict safety standards on and off the road.o Interacts with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.o Uses handheld technology to manage the delivery process.DutiesSuccessfully handle and deliver packages on timeSafely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicleFollow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policiesProvide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditionsKeep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locationsCommunicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completedUse provided smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team membersLoad and unload packages in delivery vehicleSupport the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routesEquipment Provided:Delivery Vehicle & GasHandheld technologyUniformsOther safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishmentCompany Description TriPro Logistics LLC is a newly launched Delivery Service Partner.
