This is a strong role for an RN seeking a high-acuity hospital setting with meaningful patient impact, strong support, and exposure to complex oncology care.The RN will care for oncology patients in an inpatient acute care environment while working closely with physicians, APPs, palliative care teams, and the broader nursing staff. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong acute care fundamentals who is interested in cancer care, hematology/oncology, and complex inpatient medicine.What You’ll DoProvide direct patient care in an inpatient oncology / acute care settingPerform assessments, care planning, medication administration, and ongoing monitoringSupport patients receiving cancer-related treatment and symptom managementAdminister chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and related treatments as trainedCollaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and palliative care teamsEducate patients and families on treatment plans, care needs, and discharge planningMaintain accurate EMR documentation and coordinate continuity of careWhat We’re Looking ForActive North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) licenseAt least 1 year of RN experience preferred in acute care, med-surg, oncology, hematology/oncology, or inpatient hospital nursingStrong assessment, documentation, and patient coordination skillsInterest in or experience with oncology, cancer care, or complex adult medicineBLS certification required; oncology-related certifications are a plusComfortable in a structured, fast-paced inpatient hospital environmentSchedule / Compensation / BenefitsInpatient hospital settingCompensation: $35–$49/hrUp to $20,000 sign-on bonusUp to $25,000 loan forgivenessRelocation assistance availableFull-time benefits packageContinued education and certification supportInterested in hearing more?
