Senior Program Manager -Technology

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to join the Enterprise Architecture team within JLLT. This individual will lead programs centered on AI Tools deployment across the enterprise and the development of AI agents purpose-built for JLLs business partners. The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline, a passion for AI and emerging technologies, and a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders.Right Candidate Will BringAttention to detail coupled with program and project management skills to establish and maintain multiple concurrent AI initiatives and workstreamsStrategic thinking to develop and implement AI enablement strategies aligned with enterprise architecture goals and overall organizational objectivesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong business partner engagement and relationship management abilities, including stakeholder communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure in a rapidly evolving AI landscapeExceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate multidisciplinary teams across geographiesResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple programs and projects within the AI Tools and Agent Development workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, business partners, and technology vendorsServe as the primary program lead for enterprise AI tool adoption initiatives, including generative AI platforms, copilot integrations, and productivity automation solutionsPartner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI agent development, defining use cases, requirements, and success criteria in collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture teamCoordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agent development projects from ideation through deployment ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and JLLs technology strategyDevelop and execute program plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, budget and timeline management, risk assessment, and mitigation strategiesDrive program goals, objectives, and success criteria, aligning with organizational strategic objectives and the Enterprise Architecture roadmapRegularly monitor and report on program status, risks, and issues, providing recommendations and escalations to senior leadershipAct as a connector between business partners and engineering/AI teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and vice versaFoster a collaborative working environment and promote effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and vendorsProactively identify and address potential project roadblocks and conflicts, implementing effective resolutions and contingency plansLead effective meetings, document decisions, and ensure all parties understand and accept their roles and responsibilitiesEnsure transparency of progress, risks, and issues; drive risk mitigation, contingency planning, and issue resolutionCommunicate status, updates, and program summaries via presentations, email, and direct communication with key stakeholders and executive leadershipEnsure adherence to and continuous improvement of project management best practices, methodologies, and standards within the AI program spaceTrack and report key program metrics; create data visualizations and dashboard summaries for executive-level managementContribute to the maturity of AI program delivery by developing templates, playbooks, and best practice recommendations for agent development and AI tool rolloutRequired QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field3+ years as a Technical Program Manager, leading complex technology projects or programs from initiation to closure3+ years of experience working directly with engineering or product teams3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projectsDemonstrated familiarity with AI tools, generative AI platforms, or intelligent automation technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, LangChain, or similar)Experience working with or supporting business partners as internal clients, with a track record of translating business needs into technology solutionsProficiency in relevant project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, MS Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)Demonstrated history of driving organizational change, enhancing project delivery processes, and adapting to evolving technology landscapesHigh sense of ownership, urgency, and driveAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with developers, product managers, AI/ML engineers, and senior business and engineering leadersProven track record with software or platform project planning, progress tracking, and risk managementExperience working within and directing geographically dispersed, diverse, and virtual teamsStrong understanding and experience with project scheduling, forecasting/budgeting, and resource managementUnderstanding of enterprise architecture concepts and ability to work within an EA frameworkPreferred And/or Desirable5+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management3+ years of experience in the technology industry with strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or automation conceptsHands-on experience or familiarity with AI agent frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic platforms)Experience supporting or delivering AI-powered products or tools to business stakeholdersCertification in project management (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) is a plusExperience working in end-to-end product development with product managers and product linesFamiliarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and API/integration ecosystemsExperience in the commercial real estate industry or related fields is desirableAgile/Scrum Master certification is strongly preferredExecutive reporting and presentation experience
