Major, Lindsey & Africa's Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Attorney.Company: RetailExperience: At least 8 years of related experienceLocation: Preference for an attorney candidate in SFResponsibilities Include:Support consumer class action and ADA litigation,Manage and support litigation matters in coordination with outside counselHandle and advise on litigation demand letters, including TCPA‐related mattersProvide oversight and review of third‐party subpoena responsesProvide product safety and regulatory support, CPSC rules and recall framework, product safety issue spotting and escalation, chemicals compliance matters (e.g., PFAS, BPA, consumer product materials)Qualifications Include:8 years of legal experienceStrong commercial litigation background, including consumer class actionsExperience supporting a large retailer or consumer‐facing companyAbility to work independently and ramp quickly into an active docketComfortable partnering with outside counsel and internal stakeholdersPay rate: $100Information regarding benefits can be found on MLA's Website on the Consultant Resources Page:All interested and qualified candidates should apply directly with Major, Lindsey & Africa for review and consideration.
