Millwright (Industrial Maintenance Technician)

Position Title: Millwright Supervised By: Millwright Supervisor Benefits: Full, eligible Classification: Full-time, non-exempt Physical Requirements: Consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.; prolonged periods of standing, stretching, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling. This position will require the individual to be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of package handling facilities with a primary focus on conveyor systems. This is a full-time position with daily travel and the occasional overnight stay. We provide company vehicles for daily travel that are fully stocked with tools and hardware. You will regularly be working in a 2-hour radius of our base facility while being compensated for the time of arrival to our facility and return. This individual will be paid overtime after 8 hours in a day rather than after 40 hours in week. Normal times are 8:00am-4:30pm but will vary based on the duties for that day. Dynamic Fusion is a company that offers 24-hour assistance. This would require the individual to be on-call on a rotating schedule. Core Job Duties: Repair and replace defective parts Align, test, and make necessary adjustments to equipment Troubleshoot and track conveyor belts to facility specifications Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors and gearboxes Perform preventive maintenance of all equipment Ability to adapt and custom fabricate on the fly Creating and maintaining a working team environment Responsible for safety, quality, and production with limited supervision Follow safety procedures Other duties as assigned This employee will be required to have paperwork entered in a timely manner to keep the flow of invoicing at an optimal rate. Promptness, efficiency, and thoroughness are key to filling this position.
