Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources. Work with internal teams and customers to deliver programs successfully. Track progress from start to completion and ensure business goals are met. Identify risks, resolve issues, and adjust strategy as needed. Communicate project status, direction, and updates to stakeholders. Support product testing, manufacturing readiness, and implementation. Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Optical/Mechanical or related preferred). 5–7+ years of project management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
