Job Description POSITION TITLE: Measurement & Outcomes ManagerDEPARTMENT: Data & GovernanceREPORTS TO: Senior Measurement & Outcomes ManagerFLSA STATUS: Full Time/ExemptORGANIZATION MISSION:We prepare youth and young adults to be ready for college, career, and life.POSITION SUMMARY:Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, the Measurement & Outcomes Manager is responsible for identifying trends, measuring program outcomes, and assessing organizational performance. This role ensures that data-driven insights are used to improve program effectiveness and demonstrate the impact of Boys & Girls Clubs initiatives.This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of one in-office day per week. During the first 90 days of employment, the selected candidate will work fully in-office to support onboarding and acclimation.A cover letter and resume are required. In your cover letter, please explain how data analytics can improve decision-making and outcomes in a youth-serving organization such as ours, and how your interests and background align with the role and mission.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAJOR DUTIES:Data Management and AnalysisManage, clean, and analyze data in My Club Hub, our Salesforce-based internal data management system, creating reports for actionable insightsSupport and respond to data requests from senior leadership, ensuring the accuracy of data used across the organizationSupport the development and maintenance of a centralized data warehouse by consolidating data from multiple sources for reporting and analysisData Collection and Quality AssuranceOversee data collection protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency, while identifying opportunities for improvementImplement and sustain quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of data management and reportingContinuously train and support staff on data tools and processes as neededProvide support for staff for our annual Boys & Girls Clubs of America Youth Outcomes Initiative SurveyQUALIFICATIONS: Preferred qualifications are outlined, but we encourage anyone with an analytics foundation and a desire to develop further to apply since this is an entry level position. We're invested in upskilling and supporting our team members. This role requires someone who takes care to get the details right, understands the importance of accurate data, and has an ongoing commitment to learning new tools and systems.Degree or certification in a data analytics-related field (including business, social sciences, or other quantitative disciplines) is preferredExperience in data management and analysis, preferably within a human services organizationProficiency with Excel analytics (e.g. advanced formulas and functions, conditional formatting, Pivot Tables/Charts, etc.) and working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data is preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and convey insights clearlyExcellent accuracy and organizational skills to manage tasks and priorities effectivelyHigh degree of professionalism and integrityValid driver's license with a clean driving record (must meet the requirements to be added to organizations insurance policy)TRAVEL:Travel may be required to have multiple club facilities throughout Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties for training and/or other business purposes.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
