They are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their Analytics department, where the role involves contributing to a real-time analytics platform that provides insights on large-scale data sets while collaborating with various teams to create user-facing solutions.Responsibilities:• Design and develop end-to-end features and systems used by internal stakeholders and enterprise customers.• Serve as a technical focal point, helping define software design and development best practices.• Collaborate within an agile, CI/CD-driven team to deliver robust and maintainable code.• Evaluate, adopt, and advocate for new technologies to enhance product performance and scalability.• Work closely with product managers, designers, data engineers, and other developers to turn data into actionable insights.Qualifications:Required:• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a leading university• 3+ years of professional software development experience• Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web technologies• Backend development experience using Node.js• Frontend experience with React• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems• Experience with both NoSQL and relational databases• Comfortable working in shared codebases with multiple teams• A proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving skills• US Citizenship is requiredCompany:WalkMe pioneered the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) to simplify user experiences by combining insights, engagement, guidance and automation capabilities.
