This job was posted by https://www.azjobconnection.gov : For moreinformation, please see: https://www.azjobconnection.gov/jobs/7458663The purpose of this position is to convey and maintain correct ownershipof real property in the County, update and maintain Taxing AuthorityCodes and provide Public Record and Sales information.This position interprets legal descriptions, solves problems and makescorrections, performs data entry and organizes documentation. Interprets legal descriptions and completes relevant documentationto locate, identify and make corrections to data in relation toproperty parcels. Retrieves warranty, joint tenancy, beneficiary, special warranty,quit claim deeds and resolutions, splits and combination deeds fromICRIS computer system. Sorts deeds by legal descriptions; verifies accuracy of legaldescriptions; checks for information on DOR system; applies parcelnumbers to documentation. Researches and resolves problems regarding ownership of property andlegal descriptions; transfers data for real property to secured taxroll system. Prepares and maintains daily report of documents recorded;organizes, lists and retrieves documents and files,processes splitsand combines parcels to corresponding legal descriptions. Processes ownership name changes; creates corresponding labels fordocuments recorded; drafts letters requesting information fromproperty owners, title companies and public agencies. Answers incoming telephone calls; responds to questions from thepublic, title companies and other relevant parties; addressesconcerns about appraisals; maintains complex filing system inrelation to Title Examiner activities. Provides back up coverage for the front counter; answers questionsregarding personal property, mobile homes and exemptions. Performs other duties as assigned.
