About the CompanyTekhouz Solutions is looking for a highly driven and relationship-oriented professional to help expand our enterprise IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) business. This role is ideal for someone experienced in B2B outreach, enterprise sales, lead generation, and strategic relationship building within the IT ecosystem.About the RoleYou will be responsible for identifying organizations with surplus or retired IT assets and building relationships with key decision-makers to generate new business opportunities and revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target enterprise clients for IT asset disposition and hardware buyback opportunitiesResearch and connect with key decision-makers.Generate qualified leads.Build and maintain strong client relationships with mid-market and enterprise organizationsDevelop outbound prospecting strategies to create a strong sales pipelineSchedule discovery calls and client meetingsWork closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored ITAD solutionsDrive revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnershipsMaintain CRM updates and track outreach performance metricsQualificationsExperience in B2B sales, enterprise outreach, business development, or lead generationRequired SkillsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable with cold outreach and outbound prospectingExperience selling IT services, hardware solutions, ITAD, managed services, or technology solutions is highly preferredFamiliarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation platformsAbility to identify enterprise opportunities and navigate large organizationsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
