Job Description Job Title: Manufacturing AdministratorLocation: Port Richey, FLPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Administrator to support the daily operations of our manufacturing facility in Port Richey, FL. The role is crucial in coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between various departments, including production, procurement, and management. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling administrative duties within a manufacturing environment and possess strong communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the manufacturing and production teams.Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and order status.Coordinate and process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.Assist with the preparation and documentation of reports related to production output, material usage, and quality control.Monitor and update inventory systems, ensuring that materials are available for production and reordering supplies as needed.Manage communication between the manufacturing floor and other departments such as procurement, sales, and management.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.Assist with data entry and the maintenance of ERP systems for tracking production, inventory, and procurement activities.Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other events as needed.Prepare and distribute reports related to production, cost control, and project timelines.Skills And Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher in business administration or a related field is preferred.Previous experience (2-3 years) in an administrative role within a manufacturing environment.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with manufacturing processes, inventory management, and procurement procedures is a plus.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.Occasionally required to visit the production floor and interact with the manufacturing team.Schedule And Compensation:This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.Company DescriptionFirst Team helps our clients achieve their goals by providing them with a flexible and qualified workforce that scales to meet their needs while providing genuine career opportunities to our candidates.Company DescriptionFirst Team helps our clients achieve their goals by providing them with a flexible and qualified workforce that scales to meet their needs while providing genuine career opportunities to our candidates.
