ETL/Informatica Developer

IntroductionWe are seeking a skilled resource to design, develop, maintain, and test software, collaborating with the development team and business partners to ensure successful delivery and implementation of application solutions in an agile environment. The ideal candidate should be hands-on and able to develop ETL packages using Informatica PowerCenter.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong Informatica ETL experience with Oracle, Exadata, PL/SQL, and UNIX background.Experience with custom or structured ETL design, implementation, and maintenance.Experience in working on fact and dimension data models.Experience in data extraction from DB2 and Oracle.Financial domain experience is a must.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience in parsing flat files and applying complex logic to process the data.Ability to run complex queries based on requirements and writing PL/SQL stored procedures.Strong Unix experience in writing shell scripts and converting existing TCL scripts into shell scripts for preprocessing files.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesParticipate in ETL Design of new or changing mappings and workflows with the team and prepare technical specifications.Create ETL Mappings, Mappings, Workflows, and Worklets using Informatica PowerCenter 10.x and prepare corresponding documentation.Design and build integrations supporting standard data warehousing objects (type-2 dimensions, aggregations, star schema, etc.).Company Benefits & CultureOpportunity to work in a dynamic and agile environment.Collaborative team culture with opportunities for professional growth.Comprehensive benefits package.For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
