Creative Studio Project Manager

IMPORTANTWe can only consider candidates who are in Austin, Texas, and can be on-site 1–3 days a week.STUDIO PROJECT MANAGERLiaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a Studio Project Manager to join our team supporting a leading semiconductor company in Austin. This hybrid role supports a collaborative Brand and Creative team and works with colleagues who care deeply about quality, creativity, and impact.We’re seeking a Creative Studio Project Manager who can bring structure and momentum to fast-moving creative work and who understands both project management and creative production. You’ll partner with creative leadership, marketing, and production teams to manage projects from intake through delivery while helping maintain high creative standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, with agency experience.Manage intake, prioritization, and scheduling of creative requests across business lines, and lead structured intake conversations to clarify objectives, audiences, timelines, and distribution channels.Help reduce unnecessary revisions and rework by improving intake processes, communication, and stakeholder alignment upfront.Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, creative teams, and production teams, guiding projects from concept through final delivery.Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders by recommending brand-aligned creative solutions, formats, and channels rather than simply executing requests.Maintain project timelines, approvals, revisions, and workflows across multiple concurrent creative initiatives, partnering with designers, writers, and content teams throughout ideation, concepting, and production phases.Maintain strong knowledge of brand standards and review creative deliverables for consistency and quality before final delivery.Build dashboards, reporting, and workflow processes that improve visibility, team efficiency, and resource planning, and collaborate with creative leadership to balance workloads, shift priorities, and keep projects moving effectively.Occasionally assist with light production and creative edits in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.HOW TO BE A TOP CANDIDATE4–7 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or creative production, ideally in the tech industry or a creative agency environment.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.Strong visual sensibility and attention to creative quality.Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and effective stakeholder communication.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with creatives and leadership at different levels of the organization.A data-informed mindset and the ability to track KPIs, identify insights, and turn them into practical action.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field or equivalent experience.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), plus strong PowerPoint skills.Experience with Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
