Senior Program Manager Associate - Remote

About the Opportunity: The Associate Director, Program Management oversees patient support center operations and leads a team of case managers. This role is critical for ensuring compliance and enhancing service quality. It involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive program effectiveness and improve patient outcomes. The position is fully remote within the U.S. and may require moderate travel.3. Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a team of case managers, supporting their development and performance.Manage workload to ensure sufficient coverage for patients and physician offices.Identify and implement improvements to patient and provider experiences.Build partnerships with Central Operations for CRM system optimization.Monitor team performance and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.Serve as the main contact for stakeholders on case management issues.Collaborate with various departments to maintain operational excellence.Oversee supervisors managing case managers to align with organizational goals.Facilitate training and development to improve team performance.4. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or patient support roles.At least 2 years in a leadership or management position.Experience interacting directly with providers and patients.Solid knowledge of case management and patient access services.Proven track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional matrix environment.5.
