You'll play a key part in setting standards, influencing best practices, and helping project teams deliver with confidence and clarity.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage scheduling standards, metrics, and reporting across all projectsAudit current scheduling practices and drive continuous improvement initiativesPartner with project managers and leadership to align schedules with organizational goalsServe as the technical expert for scheduling software, tools, and processesProvide mentorship and guidance to project teams to ensure consistent scheduling performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferredRequired Skills5+ years of scheduling experience (commercial construction strongly preferred)3+ years of leadership or team management experienceProficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or equivalent platformsStrong analytical, process-driven, and problem-solving mindset
