Position Summary We’re hiring an experienced Diesel Technician / Mechanic to diagnose and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. This position requires strong technical skills in both mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to handle after-hours service calls using a company service truck. Responsibilities Perform accurate diagnostics on diesel engines, electrical systems, transmissions, hydraulics, and air brakes. Use OEM software, scan tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify and repair issues efficiently. Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections on trucks and equipment. Respond to after-hours service calls during assigned shifts. Maintain detailed service records and follow all company and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications 5+ years of experience working on medium- and heavy-duty trucks. 5+ years of electrical diagnostic experience using OEM software and scan tools. Strong understanding of diesel systems, mechanical repair, and diagnostic tools. Certifications are a plus, but hands-on experience and skill matter most.
