Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you passionate about finding the perfect person to fill roles? Staff Zone Headquarters is looking for a well-rounded Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our amazing HR team.The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. This candidate should be able to source candidates both through online sourcing and a more boots-on-the-ground, cold calling sourcing approach. Travel will be required as needed.**Please note this is an in-office role.
