SC Associate Attorney (Medical Malpractice & General Litigation)

Role DescriptionJoin our medical malpractice litigation team representing hospitals, physicians, nurses and other medical professionals in liability and medical malpractice matters in South Carolina. This is a full-time, remote role for an Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in the medical malpractice arena. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, conducting discovery, drafting legal documents, and participating in all phases of litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and a strong communicator with excellent writing and analytical skills.
