RISE Restaurant Development Program LeaderChick-fil-A Lincoln Park | 2-Year Leadership Development ProgramProgram OverviewThe RISE Restaurant Development Program is a 2-year intensive leadership experience designed to develop high-capacity leaders for future restaurant ownership, senior leadership roles, or advanced Chick-fil-A leadership pathways.Participants will receive hands-on operational leadership experience while engaging in structured development focused on people leadership, business acumen, culture building, and community impact.This role is for individuals ready to grow, lead, and step outside of their comfort zone in preparation for long-term leadership within the Chick-fil-A organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead shifts and oversee daily restaurant operationsManage and develop Team Members and Team LeadersSupport hiring, onboarding, and people development initiativesExecute operational excellence in food safety, service, and systemsPartner with Directors on business strategy and executionTake ownership of specific business areas and projectsAssist with HR processes and team member relationsModel Chick-fil-A hospitality and leadership culture dailyDevelopment CommitmentsParticipants will engage in structured growth including:Weekly leadership development meetingsBook studies (4 books per year)HR Certification completionServSafe Certification completionExposure to financials, staffing, and business planningCommunity and marketing initiative involvementOwnership preparation conversations and coachingAdmission CriteriaTo be considered for the RISE Program, candidates must:Have minimum 2 years of work experienceDemonstrate prior leadership experienceHold a 4-year college degreeExhibit strong character, coachability, and work ethicDesire long-term leadership growth or restaurant ownershipAlign with Chick-fil-A values and service standardsRole ExpectationsWilling to work open or close shiftsAbility to work 45-60 hours per week based on business needsComfortable working long hours on their feetWilling to step outside of comfort zone regularlyLead people with accountability and careMaintain a growth mindset and learning postureModel professionalism, ownership thinking, and humilityWhat You'll GainHands-on restaurant leadership experienceExecutive-level coaching from the Operator and DirectorsBusiness, financial, and people leadership exposureOwnership or corporate pathway preparationCertification and professional development credentialsOpportunity to impact team members and communityWorking at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
