The Instructional Assistants will work under supervision of faculty in charge of the courses duties.Possible Duties may include:1. Supervise student laboratory work and provide guidance for lab procedure2. Grade student reports, lab practical, and other course assignments and assessments.3. Enforce lab safety rules prescribed by the course.4. Attend mandatory training and preparatory meetings5. Conduct zoom meetings for remote scheduled courses or online office hours6. Maintain student grade records7. Hold office hours for students with questions related to the course8. May assist with troubleshooting laboratory experiments.9. Help set up, operate, and maintain a variety of standard laboratory instrumentation as required for laboratory exercises.10. Assist with lab drawer check in /check out11. Facilitate student class or lab discussion and problem solving12. Assist course instructor to proctor exams13.
