Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided Growth opportunities Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales Representative who will be responsible for promoting and increasing auction participation, selling our higher-end products directly to consumers via social media platforms and our website, and developing new business opportunities by connecting with local businesses, attending events, and establishing a strong buyer base for wholesale truckloads and pallets. Key Responsibilities: Promote Auction Participation: Engage with potential and existing customers to increase participation in our online auctions. Direct Sales: Sell high-end products directly to consumers through social media platforms, our website, and other online channels. Business Development: Visit local businesses and attend relevant events to build relationships and generate new leads. Wholesale Sales: Create and manage a buyer base for wholesale truckloads and pallets, focusing on bulk sales to businesses. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets. Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, providing insights into market trends and sales performance. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce, wholesale, or auction environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using social media platforms for sales and marketing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, growing company.
