Hotel Front Desk

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at our resort. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your ability to manage guest relations and provide exceptional service will contribute significantly to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process. Manage phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and reservations with professionalism. Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions. Address guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and billing details. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and resolve any service issues. Uphold hotel management standards by adhering to policies and procedures in all interactions. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel management practices and guest services. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills for effective guest relations. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
